Tangri Kebabs Haryali Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks - 12
Ginger Paste - 4 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Yoghurt - 1/2 cup, hung
Mint - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Green Coriander - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Dry Fenugreek Powder - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Butter for basting
Method:
1. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and lemon juice.
2. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
3. Mix all the other ingredients and marinate the drumsticks with the prepared mixture.
4. Keep aside for 2 1/2 hours.
5. Skewer the drumsticks and cook in a tandoor/grill/oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
6. Remove from tandoor/grill/oven.
7. Baste with butter.
8. Cook for a further 5 minutes or until done.
9. Remove from skewers and serve hot.
